Roderick Singleton is a dedicated clinician committed to serving children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families from diverse and multicultural backgrounds. He utilizes various evidence-based approaches to address challenges while meeting patients where they are, fostering collaboration and assisting them along the journey of change. Roderick uplifts families, couples, and individuals dealing with Anger Management, Low Motivation, Co-Occurring Disorders, Mood Disorders such as PTSD, Depression, Conduct Disorder, and Anxiety, as well as issues surrounding Intimate Partner Violence, Athlete Stressors, and Couples Therapy for Substance Use Disorders. His concept of Up-Lift on 3 embodies the idea of collaborating in a safe therapeutic environment to tackle challenges at a comfortable pace. Roderick views therapy as a partnership in which he and his clients connect the dots and heal by addressing the life stressors and challenges that can become overwhelming. Through teaching effective strategies to manage life stressors and emotional difficulties while developing healthier coping mechanisms, he supports clients in uplifting their spirits and renewing their sense of purpose and drive.
