Regina Benson

Regina Benson, LCSW, is a seasoned therapist with over 35 years of experience providing individual, couple, and family therapy. She offers both interactive short and long-term therapy designed to meet the unique needs of her clients. Regina's expertise encompasses a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, marriage counseling, bipolar disorder, OCD, and relationship challenges involving spouses, partners, family members, and friends. She is also skilled in addressing parenting concerns, particularly for those with children dealing with ADHD and developmental disorders, as well as singles and workplace issues. Her holistic approach to therapy addresses aging, stress, recovery, loss and grief, personal growth, and life-coaching. Regina works with clients on self-esteem issues, expectations, guilt, self-criticism, and existential questions regarding direction and meaning in life.
