Jelena Strazivuk

Jelena Strazivuk is a licensed clinical social worker who passionately supports individuals seeking to transform their lives. With a compassionate approach, she helps clients who may feel depressed, anxious, or overwhelmed discover new coping mechanisms and overcome life's challenges. Through her extensive training at Rutgers, The State University, Jelena has developed a diverse skill set that includes Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Positive Psychology, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy, among others. Throughout her career, she has successfully guided clients through various issues, including relationship difficulties, addictions, panic disorders, and grief.
