Trisha Espinoza

Trisha Espinoza, MA, EdS, NCC, LPC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to guiding individuals through their journey of self-discovery and healing. With a passion for helping clients feel enlightened, unburdened, and encouraged, she sees it as a privilege when individuals share their life challenges in pursuit of support and enrichment. Trisha believes that while external circumstances may remain unchanged, counseling can transform one’s perspective and reactions, leading to improved mental health and overall well-being. She works with a diverse range of clients – from preteens to elders – addressing critical issues such as depression, trauma, PTSD, and domestic abuse. Utilizing culturally sensitive, trauma-focused, and integrative therapy types, Trisha helps clients identify their personal strengths and positive qualities, empowering them to enact necessary and healthy changes.
