Jersey Assistance to Community Caregivers Program (JACC)

The Jersey Assistance to Community Caregivers Program (JACC), located in Voorhees, NJ, is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for seniors who are at risk of being placed in nursing facilities. We offer a comprehensive range of in-home services designed to support family caregivers and ensure that seniors remain in the comfort of their own homes. Our offerings include respite care, home health aides, environmental accessibility adaptations, personal emergency response systems, home-delivered meals, social adult day care, adult day health services, special medical equipment and supplies, transportation, and chore services.
