Street Smart Outreach in Union City, NJ is dedicated to supporting youth and young adults aged 13-21 who are facing homelessness, unsafe living conditions, or challenging family situations. Our compassionate outreach program works diligently to identify vulnerable individuals and address their immediate needs by providing essential services such as food assistance, clothing, blankets, and access to shelter.
