NAMI Hearts & Minds, located in Union City, NJ, is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of individuals living with mental illness through comprehensive wellness education. Our one-hour presentations focus on vital aspects of inner and outer wellness, including medical self-advocacy, smoking cessation, managing addictions, healthy eating, exercise, and diabetes awareness. We aim to empower participants by providing practical information and resources, complemented by goal-setting strategies and personalized exercise and food journals. Our program is available free of charge to facilities and groups across New Jersey, fostering a supportive environment for everyone on their wellness journey.
