At Nutrition for Longevity (N4L), located in Union City, NJ, we are dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of our community through our comprehensive Home Delivered Meals program. We provide medically tailored meals that are meticulously planned by Registered Dietitians, addressing the specific dietary needs for various medical conditions including Chronic Kidney Disease, Congestive Heart Failure, and more. Our meal options are designed to be accessible for eligible clients covered by Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports, and recipients of the Older Americans Act. If you're not eligible for these programs, we also offer an affordable self-pay option at just $7.75 per meal, ensuring that everyone has access to nutritious, convenient meals at home. Our commitment extends beyond meals; we also provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling to further support your health needs.
