Specializing in evidenced-based practices, including Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness techniques, she is dedicated to helping clients enhance their quality of life and manage their emotions. Joan also provides clinical supervision for LCSW candidates, equipping them with the guidance and support necessary for licensure.
