Located in Toms River, NJ, KidneyCare:365 is dedicated to empowering individuals with the essential knowledge needed to navigate kidney health and manage kidney disease. Our program offers valuable education designed for those recently diagnosed, caregivers, or anyone preparing for dialysis. Participants will gain insights into the symptoms and stages of chronic kidney disease (CKD), learn how to maintain a kidney-friendly diet, discover coping strategies and available support, and explore various treatment options, including home dialysis. We understand the importance of accessibility, which is why we provide classes in multiple formats—online, via video conference or phone call, and in person—ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to enhance their understanding of kidney health and find the support they need.
