At Dottie’s House in Toms River, NJ, we are dedicated to empowering individuals and families on their journey towards self-sufficiency and stability. Our comprehensive transitional housing program provides essential services tailored to meet diverse needs, including personalized goal setting, case management, and various educational resources. Participants can access parenting classes, budgeting support, nutrition education, and job readiness training, including resume writing and interview skills. We also offer scholarships for further education, supportive counseling, and specialized domestic violence support groups. Our commitment extends to children and teens through therapeutic art classes, play therapy, tutoring, and mentorship opportunities via our Big Brother/Big Sister partnership.
