Living with Type 2 Diabetes Program

The Living With Type 2 Diabetes Program, located in Toms River, NJ, is designed to support individuals recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes through a comprehensive and free 12-month journey. Participants receive valuable resources, including six informative e-booklets tailored to address their immediate needs, a monthly e-newsletter filled with seasonal tips and local community event information in both English and Spanish. By enrolling, individuals gain access to a unique opportunity to connect with ADA experts during our monthly 'Ask the Experts' Q&A series, where they can pose diabetes-related questions, learn about the critical links between diabetes and heart health, and receive helpful giveaways to enhance their daily management of diabetes.
