Rick Smith, MA, is a seasoned professional dedicated to helping young people navigate life's challenges and achieve their goals. With over 12 years of experience, he has excelled in two significant roles: serving as a school counselor for a special education organization and coaching high school soccer, cross country, and track teams in central New Jersey. Rick specializes in guiding children, adolescents, and teens through difficulties related to school issues, sports performance, and learning disabilities, ensuring they can harness their strengths to overcome obstacles.
