Ashley Del Guercio (inspire Wellness)

Dr. Ashley Del Guercio is a dedicated clinician specializing in therapeutic services for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder across all stages of life. With clinical experience that encompasses both psychological testing and therapeutic interventions, she provides comprehensive care for children, adolescents, adults, and even elders. Dr. Del Guercio effectively addresses a range of co-morbid conditions, including depression, anxiety, and mood disorders through her individualized approach to therapy. By utilizing an array of modalities tailored to her clients' unique needs—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, family systems, and relational techniques—she strives to foster meaningful progress. As a valued member of Inspire Wellness, a collaborative practice comprising more than 25 skilled clinicians such as psychologists, social workers, and counselors, Dr. Del Guercio is committed to enhancing the mental health landscape throughout Bergen County.
