Partnerships for Healthy Living Program in Teaneck, NJ, is dedicated to improving the lives of individuals affected by HIV/AIDS throughout Passaic and Bergen Counties. Our mission is to enhance quality of life and minimize the impact of the disease by offering essential services such as HIV/AIDS testing, prevention education, and rehabilitation. We are committed to providing emergency assistance, including shelter, food, medical referrals, and detoxification support, specifically targeting those who are often overlooked in traditional healthcare systems. Many of our clients face homelessness and social isolation, and a significant portion are women involved in commercial sex work and struggling with substance abuse. Through our compassionate approach, we aim to empower these individuals to access the care and support they need to thrive.
