Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program located in Teaneck, NJ, is dedicated to providing free and accessible meal support tailored for individuals over 16 who are navigating their eating disorder recovery at the outpatient stage. Our virtual drop-in group meals create a nurturing environment where participants can enjoy nutrition in a supportive setting. Offering four meal support sessions daily—two during lunch and two during dinner—this program allows individuals to join as many sessions as their schedule permits. Each session is led by nutrition practitioners in training, ensuring a knowledgeable and compassionate experience. While we focus on meal support, we do not provide crisis intervention services; for urgent support, we encourage reaching out to available crisis lines.
