Kira Batist

Kira Batist is a compassionate clinical social worker and therapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges. Her clients often come to her feeling stuck in their careers, relationships, or other areas, sometimes struggling with feelings of sadness or anxiety without knowing why. Kira recognizes that making significant life changes can feel overwhelming, leading to emotions of depression and anxiety. Through collaboration, she guides her clients in identifying improvement areas and setting realistic, meaningful goals that enrich their lives. Kira specializes in working with individuals facing depression, anxiety, and life transitions such as the loss of a loved one, career changes, and adjustments to chronic illness. After earning her MSW, Kira pursued further education at the New York School for Interior Design, understanding the deep connection between our physical environments and mental well-being. She is eager to share her insights and knowledge with her clients to support their journey to mental health and productivity.
