Food & Basic Assistance

Located in Teaneck, NJ, Food & Basic Assistance is dedicated to alleviating hunger and supporting individuals facing food emergencies in our community. We provide vital food assistance through our weekly Client Choice Walk-In Food Pantries, offering a variety of refrigerated, frozen, and non-perishable food items. For homebound clients, our Virtual Food Pantry enables easy online ordering to ensure everyone has access to nutritious meals. We also distribute mixed produce bags, packaged dinner meals, and provide supermarket gift cards as available. Additionally, we assist registered clients with essential items such as diapers, period supplies, and during November, we celebrate Thanksgiving with special distributions. Our mission is to provide compassionate support and critical resources to those in need, fostering a healthier and more connected community.
