With a passion for guiding individuals and couples from brokenness to healing, Michelle specializes in assisting survivors of divorce and couples eager to restore their relationships. Known for her expertise in navigating traumatic relationship experiences, including affairs and betrayal, she is committed to fostering meaningful connections. Michelle holds a Level 1 Training Certificate in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy and is certified in Functional Family Therapy. Her extensive training at the Beck Institute for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) complements her over 20 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families. Drawing from her own experiences of trauma and loss, Michelle connects deeply with her clients, guiding them through their struggles.
