Renee Marter

Renee Marter is a dedicated Licensed Social Worker, currently in supervision for her License in Clinical Social Work. She holds an undergraduate degree in Social Work from Rutgers University in Camden, as well as a graduate degree in Social Work (MSW) from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, where she completed the Addiction Counselor Training (ACT) Certificate program. With a TF-CBT Certification achieved through the National Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy Therapist Certification Program, Renee specializes in providing therapeutic interventions for youth ages 3 to 18 who have experienced trauma. In addition to her impressive credentials, she is currently pursuing her certification in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Renee’s commitment to her profession goes beyond merely earning a living; it is fueled by her passion for helping others. She envisions her role as a guide, assisting individuals in uncovering their happiness and realizing their full potential. Her therapeutic approach is both collaborative and holistic, eschewing a one-size-fits-all mentality in favor of empowering clients to enrich their lives and embrace their unique identities.
