Angela Gonnella

Dr. Angela Gonnella is a licensed psychologist in New Jersey who specializes in the treatment of anxiety, depression, and trauma-related challenges among adolescents and adults. She is particularly adept at working with emotionally sensitive individuals who experience intense and rapidly changing emotions. Her clinical practice is grounded in evidence-based frameworks such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), with tailored adaptations to suit each client's unique needs.
