Christina Kaplan is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who offers compassionate support to those feeling overwhelmed or stuck in their lives. She understands that many individuals experience stress, anxiety, and depression, and she is dedicated to helping them learn effective coping skills and self-soothing techniques to navigate through their toughest days. Christina believes in the power of hope, encapsulated in her mantra: Hold On Pain Ends. Her mission is to guide clients towards becoming the best versions of themselves, regardless of their struggles, including anxiety, depression, or self-esteem challenges. With a specialization in working with women, college students, and adolescents facing transitions and emotional difficulties, Christina utilizes mindfulness-based practices and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to foster personal growth. Through her therapeutic sessions, she creates a safe space for clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and goals.
