Hilary Fineman

Hilary Fineman is a dedicated and experienced Clinical Social Worker who specializes in supporting adults through various challenges. With a strong background in treating child survivors of abuse and maltreatment, she is adept at working with those diagnosed with PTSD, Adjustment Disorders, and Attachment Disorders. Hilary provides both individual and group therapy addressing an array of concerns including ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Mood Disorders, Anger Management, Gender Identity, and adjusting to medical diagnoses. Recently, she enhanced her expertise through postgraduate training focused on Perinatal Mood Disorders, allowing her to compassionately assist women, men, and couples dealing with infertility, pregnancy loss, and postpartum depression. Utilizing a client-centered and holistic approach, she integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, and Psychoeducation into her practice. Hilary is passionate about empowering her clients to draw on their strengths and life experiences to transform behaviors affecting their well-being, believing strongly that therapy is a journey best faced together.
