Erica Dietsche is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who employs a cognitive and holistic approach to assist individuals of all ages in identifying and working toward realistic, achievable solutions in various aspects of their lives, including anxiety, relationships, transitions, parenting, health, careers, and educational challenges. Her goal is to support clients on their counseling journey, helping them to understand themselves and set and achieve meaningful goals. With diverse training and experience, Erica has extensively worked with children, adolescents, and adults, along with couples and families. She has also conducted clinical work with individuals with special needs and their families. Acknowledging that each person's challenges are unique, Erica collaborates with her clients to develop customized plans that foster practical and sustainable changes. She provides a safe, comfortable, nurturing, and non-judgmental environment, welcoming the opportunity to work with her clients toward personal growth and healing.
