Serving Burlington, Gloucester, Camden, and Salem counties, we offer six engaging virtual lessons designed to help participants make informed food choices and lead healthier lives. Our program covers essential topics like MyPlate for balanced eating, understanding Nutrition Facts labels, the importance of fiber-rich foods, managing portion sizes, effective meal planning, and raising awareness about healthy beverages.
