Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in Ridgewood, NJ, is dedicated to providing essential meal support for individuals navigating outpatient eating disorder recovery. Our program offers free, accessible, and nutrition-informed group meal sessions, designed for those aged 16 and over, where participants can gather in a safe, virtual environment to share meals and foster community. With four daily session times, including two for lunch and two for dinner, individuals can easily incorporate our meal support into their schedules. Each session is led by skilled nutrition practitioners who are currently training for their CNS certification, ensuring a supportive atmosphere focused on healing and nourishment. While we are here to aid your recovery journey, please note that we are not a crisis intervention service.
