Julie Stewart

Julie Stewart, PsyD, is an accomplished psychologist with a deep understanding of the cognitive and emotional challenges faced by individuals across various life stages, including children, adolescents, and adults. With an extensive background in developmental psychology, Julie combines her expertise in neuropsychological testing and evaluation with a range of therapeutic modalities such as play therapy, family and marital therapy, and integrative approaches. Her experience allows her to recognize how difficulties can affect not only academic or work performance but also personal relationships and family dynamics. Julie values the important role that parents and families play in the therapeutic process, often including them in sessions when necessary. After earning her master's degree in developmental psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, she obtained a doctorate in Clinical Psychology, specializing in school psychology and neuropsychology. She has also completed a postdoctoral fellowship in neuropsychology and has worked in reputable brain injury rehabilitation centers, enhancing her commitment to helping clients achieve their fullest potential in life.
