Arlene Kahn

Arlene Kahn, LCSW, LMFT, LCADC, is a dedicated Clinical Social Worker and Therapist with over 30 years of experience in the field. She specializes in guiding adults and elders through the complexities that often hinder joy in their relationships, work, and daily lives. Arlene excels in addressing the challenges of addiction and recovery, marital and premarital issues, and parental guidance. Her therapeutic approach is characterized by a deep attunement to her clients' concerns, enabling her to facilitate meaningful conversations about depression, anxiety, loneliness, and fear. With her extensive training in various modalities, including Imago therapy, Trauma Focused therapy, and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, Arlene supports clients in developing new skills and coping strategies that lead to positive change. Additionally, her background in Jungian psychology provides depth to her work, allowing her to engage with clients on dreams and spiritual matters.
