MOVE! Weight Management Program

At MOVE! Weight Management Program in Perth Amboy, NJ, we are dedicated to enhancing the health and quality of life for Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and to connect them with tailored weight management options that align with their individual needs and preferences. Our program offers a diverse range of services including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which allows for convenient in-home messaging and clinician contact. For those who prefer a more independent approach, our MOVE! Coach mobile app is available, and we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who need additional support after attempting lifestyle changes.
