HIV Primary Care Services Program

The HIV Primary Care Services Program at the Eric B. Chandler Health Center in Perth Amboy, NJ, is dedicated to delivering comprehensive medical and dental care for individuals living with HIV. Our team, led by experienced physicians certified in Infectious Diseases and Internal Medicine, offers outpatient services and ensures personalized follow-up for patients who may require hospitalization. We proudly provide a range of essential services, including rapid free HIV testing, education and screening for HIV prevention, outreach initiatives, medical case management, adherence counseling, and psychosocial support. Additionally, our program addresses nutritional needs, social services, and offers financial eligibility assistance to help uninsured patients access our services on a sliding fee scale based on their income.
