Marina’s journey in mental health began with providing housing resources for young adults, where she was deeply moved by their unique stories and challenges. This experience fueled her passion for offering quality emotional support and resources. Throughout her career, Marina has worked with diverse family systems and individuals ranging from young adults to older adults. She specializes in addressing depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, adjustment disorders, grief and bereavement, as well as memory issues. Being bilingual and bicultural has enhanced her sensitivity and awareness, allowing her to effectively guide people from various cultural backgrounds in sharing their narratives of resilience and hardship. A native of Brooklyn, NY, Marina enjoys exploring the outdoors through hiking, sightseeing, and cherishes moments filled with hearty laughter.
