Neighborhood Assistance Program (NAP)

The Neighborhood Assistance Program (NAP) serves the Passaic, NJ community by providing essential baby supplies and non-perishable food assistance to families in need. Our mission is to create a lasting positive impact on health and safety for vulnerable populations, ensuring that families have access to necessary resources. We offer baby formula, diapers, pull-ups, wipes, and limited clothing for infants and toddlers, as well as food kits designed to nourish a family of four for several days. To qualify for our services, families must have an open case with the Division of Child Protection and Permanency, Circle of Care CMO, the Family Support Organization, or other family service agencies. We strive to support those who need us most, with applications processed quickly to facilitate timely assistance.
