Our meal program is designed by a Registered Dietitian to ensure that clients receive food that meets their dietary needs for overall health and addresses various medical conditions such as Chronic Kidney Disease, End Stage Renal Disease, and Congestive Heart Failure. We pride ourselves on offering meals that are free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. For those who may not be covered by insurance, we also provide an affordable self-pay option at just $7.75 per meal, allowing individuals to enjoy the convenience of home delivery. Whether navigating the eligibility for meal delivery via a Case Manager or consulting with a local Area Agency on Aging, we're here to support your nutrition needs. Additionally, we offer Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling services tailored to meet individual health goals.
