Melissa South is a compassionate, affirming, and caring counselor who is dedicated to helping children, teens, couples, and families grow and thrive. She specializes in a wide array of issues impacting youth and families, such as stress and anxiety coping skills, school challenges, bullying, behavioral issues, mood regulation, and trauma, including youth sexual trauma, adoption, foster care, and parenting. As an experienced Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS), Melissa inspires Licensed Associate Counselors (LACs) seeking clinical supervision to develop their professional identity and enhance their clinical skills. With a commitment to reducing stigma and increasing access to services, she is proud to be the owner of South Collective Counseling, a collaborative group private practice.
