Sterling Woods Jr. is a compassionate clinical social worker and therapist dedicated to providing a safe and comfortable environment for individuals who may find therapy to be mystical, complicated, or intimidating. He understands the unique challenges faced by newcomers to therapy and ensures a judgment-free space where clients can confront and explore their afflictions. Sterling believes that within everyone lies the potential to uncover transformative solutions, often revealed through the reflective process of therapy. With diverse experience working in both traditional and non-traditional therapeutic settings, he has successfully supported a broad spectrum of clients. Previously, as a Career Development Counselor for at-risk youth and young adults for six years, Sterling gained invaluable insights into guiding individuals through life, education, and career obstacles. His guiding motto, 'You are who you think you are,' encapsulates his belief in the power of the mind as a tool for changing one’s reality and shaping destiny. Sterling is committed to helping clients resolve the core issues that hinder their journey to becoming the beautiful, confident, unique, and healthy individuals they are meant to be.
