At the Partnerships for Healthy Living Program in Paramus, NJ, we are dedicated to supporting individuals in Passaic and Bergen Counties who are infected or affected by HIV/AIDS, helping them improve their quality of life while tackling the urgent issue of disease spread. Our comprehensive services include HIV/AIDS testing, prevention education, and rehabilitation, along with vital emergency support such as shelter, food assistance, detox referrals, and access to medical care. We focus on reaching out to marginalized populations, particularly those who are homeless or separated from family, including a significant number of women who are commercial sex workers and substance abusers, ensuring they receive the care they need when they are not connected to the conventional healthcare system.
