Street Smart Outreach is dedicated to supporting youth and young adults aged 13-21 in Orange, NJ, who are facing homelessness or unsafe living conditions. Our compassionate street outreach program prioritizes the urgent needs of vulnerable young people by providing essential services such as emergency food, clothing, blankets, and access to shelter. We also offer crisis intervention counseling, transportation to necessary services, and referrals to healthcare and social service agencies. Our dedicated counselors, available 24/7, ensure that young individuals receive vital resources including HIV/AIDS education, assistance in obtaining essential documents, and job or housing placement support.
