HIV Primary Care Services Program

The HIV Primary Care Services Program at the Eric B. Chandler Health Center in North Brunswick, NJ is dedicated to providing comprehensive healthcare to individuals living with HIV. Our team includes two physicians specializing in Infectious Diseases and Internal Medicine, ensuring that our clients receive expert outpatient care tailored to their needs. We offer vital services such as rapid free HIV testing, prevention education, medical case management, adherence counseling, and psychosocial support. Our holistic approach includes nutrition services, social services, financial eligibility assistance, and support groups, all designed to empower our patients on their healthcare journey. For those without insurance or not eligible for Medicaid or Medicare, we provide affordable primary and preventive health and dental services on a sliding fee scale based on income and dependents, reinforcing our commitment to accessible and compassionate care for the community we serve.
