Amanda Mayberry

Amanda Mayberry is a dedicated Clinical Social Worker and therapist specializing in providing a nurturing environment for children aged 3 to 13. She understands that when children experience big feelings, they require a safe space to process and explore these emotions. In her play therapy room, Amanda creates an inviting atmosphere where children can focus on their feelings, develop coping skills, enhance self-esteem, and improve communication. As a proponent of the belief that play is the natural language of children, she skillfully utilizes a child-centered play therapy approach combined with cognitive behavioral techniques to facilitate self-discovery and understanding.
