MOVE! Weight Management Program

Located in New Brunswick, NJ, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission centers on annually screening each Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity, offering personalized referrals to diverse weight management options that align with their individual needs and preferences. Whether through engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, or the innovative TeleMOVE! in-home messaging service, we strive to provide supportive resources that empower Veterans to take control of their health. Additionally, our MOVE! Coach mobile app offers flexibility for those who prefer self-managed weight loss journeys, while Veterans needing extra support can access weight loss medications and bariatric surgery options.
