HIV Primary Care Services Program

The HIV Primary Care Services Program at the Eric B. Chandler Health Center in New Brunswick, NJ, is dedicated to providing comprehensive care for individuals living with HIV. Our team of experienced physicians specializes in Infectious Diseases and Internal Medicine, ensuring that our patients receive personalized outpatient care, including continuous support in the event of hospitalization. We offer a range of essential services such as rapid free HIV testing, prevention education, and community outreach. Our program also includes medical case management, adherence counseling, psychosocial support, and nutrition services to address the diverse needs of our clients. For those who are uninsured or not eligible for Medicaid or Medicare, we provide primary and preventive health and dental services on a sliding fee scale, making care accessible to all.
