Jaime Benedetti

Jaime Benedetti is a passionate Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to fostering a safe environment where clients can express themselves freely. They employ a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, art therapy, rational emotive therapy, motivational interviewing, psychodynamic approaches, and mindfulness. Each session is tailored to be client-focused and driven, guiding individuals to realize their full potential. With experience as both a healthcare case manager and parole case manager, Jaime has had the privilege of supporting a diverse array of individuals through challenges such as addiction, depression, anxiety, relationships, gender identity issues, and academic struggles, with a special focus on preteens, teens, and adults. An animal lover and self-proclaimed foodie, Jaime enjoys traveling and immersing themselves in new cultures alongside their fiancé, friends, and family.
