Ryan White Program

Zufall Health’s Ryan White Program in Montclair, NJ, is dedicated to providing comprehensive and culturally sensitive HIV/AIDS services, ensuring that anyone affected by HIV can access the critical care they need. Our mission is to swiftly connect individuals to necessary medical care right after diagnosis, safeguarding their health and minimizing the risk of transmission. We offer a full range of services including free and confidential HIV counseling and testing, early intervention, and on-site medical care from infectious disease specialists. Our support extends to individualized medical case management, specialized oral health services, clinical pharmacy assistance, nutrition counseling, and behavioral health support. We also provide essential transportation help, outreach, community health education, and linkage to vital social services addressing housing, financial, and legal challenges. Our program is fully funded by the Ryan White Care Act for eligible individuals who lack insurance or means to pay, welcoming all patients regardless of insurance status and without any out-of-pocket expenses.
