Sandra Sinicropi

Sandra Sinicropi, LCSW, understands that therapy is most effective when there is a suitable match between the therapist and the client. As an active participant in the therapeutic process, she supports individuals navigating challenges such as depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and work-related problems, as well as those feeling stuck in unproductive patterns of behavior. Sandra provides a warm, nonjudgmental, and confidential space for clients to explore their problems, thoughts, and feelings, leading to a better understanding of themselves and more fulfilling relationships. She sees emotional and mental distress as the body, mind, and soul’s way of signaling an opportunity for personal growth. Sandra works with adults, couples, adolescents, and families, and is also available for parenting consultations. Her special training includes couples therapy, treatment of anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, substance use/abuse, and personality-related conditions.
