Lauren Stuart, LCSW, is a dedicated Clinical Social Worker and Therapist who understands that everyone goes through challenging times requiring additional support. She strives to create a safe space where clients feel at ease sharing their thoughts and feelings, providing them with supportive and compassionate care. Utilizing a client-centered, strengths-based, and holistic approach, alongside a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Compassion Focused Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Lauren believes that change is attainable and that the therapeutic relationship plays a crucial role in the healing process. With over 20 years of experience, she specializes in assisting adults and elders navigating mental health issues, life transitions, and trauma histories. Additionally, Lauren has worked extensively with women facing challenges related to pregnancy loss, postpartum depression and anxiety, low self-esteem, and intimate partner violence. She views therapy as a collaborative journey, empowering individuals to make meaningful changes in their lives. Being part of a client’s healing, growth, and transformation is both a privilege and an honor for Lauren.
