MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Millville, NJ, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion initiatives. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened for obesity and provided with tailored referral options to meet their unique needs and preferences. We offer a variety of care options, including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which provides in-home support through messaging and clinician contact. Additionally, our MOVE! Coach mobile app empowers Veterans who prefer a self-directed approach to weight management. For those who may require further assistance, we also offer weight loss medications and bariatric surgery after exploring initial weight management solutions. Services may vary by facility, so we encourage Veterans interested in participating in MOVE! to connect with their local MOVE!
