Stephanie Lynn Harris-Kuiper is a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC, LCADC, ACS) whose purpose in life has been to advocate for those who might otherwise remain unheard. With over 25 years of experience in various social service settings, she specializes in providing insightful counseling services tailored to individuals, families, and groups. Her professional journey began during the early HIV/AIDS epidemic, where she delivered individual and group therapy while managing cases for HIV-affected women, children, and families, with a pronounced emphasis on supporting women. Stephanie's expertise spans a wide array of issues, including trauma and PTSD, substance use, emotional disturbance, anxiety, depression, anger management, grief, and loss. Committed to culturally sensitive care, her methods encompass Trauma-Informed Counseling, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR).
