Dr. Meredith Carleton is a Licensed Psychologist and Registered Creative Arts Therapist with a passion for creating a warm and welcoming environment that fosters connection and growth among her clients. With a diverse and eclectic treatment approach, she integrates psychodynamic principles and family systems theory with creative techniques and cognitive behavioral (CBT) strategies. Dr. Carleton specializes in addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and behavioral concerns across all ages, with particular expertise in issues related to children, adolescents, emerging adults (ages 18-25), and LGBTQ individuals.
