Karen Bendig is a dedicated Clinical Social Worker and Therapist, LCSW, who understands that finding the right therapist can be quite a challenge. With extensive experience in community mental health as well as specializing in Child, Adolescent, and Family Therapy, she has successfully guided children, teens, adults, and families towards improved communication and reduced conflict. Karen acknowledges that change can be difficult and uncomfortable, yet believes that with the right support, meaningful transformations are possible. Her passion lies in assisting children, teens, and young adults through the complexities of their lives, enabling them to reach their fullest potential. Known for her open, direct, and safe therapeutic style, Karen collaborates with her clients to create a space where they can freely explore their feelings and develop the necessary changes in their lives. She ensures that her clients take the lead in their therapeutic journey while working together on small, manageable steps towards achieving their goals. Recognizing the demands of busy schedules, Karen offers evening appointments until 9 PM to accommodate her clients' needs.
