Each client receives 21 home-delivered meals each week that are rich in nutrients and customized to their specific medical requirements, supporting them through recovery from conditions like cancer, heart disease, HIV/AIDS, renal failure, and diabetes, among others. We also provide nutrition counseling from licensed dietitians, ensuring that our clients gain the knowledge to make informed food choices. Our heart-healthy meals are crafted using high-quality ingredients, carefully prepared by skilled chefs and dedicated volunteers. With no age or income restrictions, our services are based solely on medical and nutritional needs, ensuring that anyone at acute nutritional risk can receive support.
